The Vice President of the Construction has the overall delivery responsibility of quality, schedule, profitability and client satisfaction of assigned projects. Primary responsibilities include operational leadership to support national focus, oversight of daily operations, and ensuring work completed is within budget and attains or exceeds project profit goals, while promoting and enhancing client relationships.
Position responsibilities are approximately 75% Team Management, 15% Marketing/Business Development/Forecasting, 10% Project Management.
Preferred candidates will be competitive, people-oriented and have the ability to excel in an environment that is fast paced. Degree from accredited construction related curriculum (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE) preferred, but not required. Minimum of 4-6 years of project team(s) management required. Understanding of contractual agreements, reporting requirements and financial commitments as a General Contractor is preferred.
