Job Summary:
​
​ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  1. Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians geographically and/or by urgency of call, while maintaining fluidity of manpower on the dispatch board.
  2. Answer incoming service phone line providing a high level of customer service and value to our customers.
  3. Schedule follow-up repairs.
  4. Set proper and realistic expectations to customers when communicating ETA's and/or delays in arrivals.
  5. Issue purchase orders.
  6. Obtain and provide necessary information/documentation as required by customers for billing (i.e. customer purchase order/requisition numbers, forms, etc.).
  7. Gather all customer information for new accounts.
  8. Work with other departments and supervisor to coordinate manpower transitions as needed to meet current needs.
  9. Work as a collaborative member to a high performing and cohesive service team.
  10. Communicate all customer service issues to supervisor immediately.
  11. Research building/unit history and warranty information for technicians and Management.
  12. Perform rotating on-call duties.
  13. Monitor designated PO batch, enter in a timely manner and add relevant notes to work orders.
  14. Attend all company, office, and department meetings (input expected)


RESPONSIBILITIES:

SAFETY
  1. Cooperate in all aspects of the company's safety and health program.
  2. Monitor working conditions for self and fellow employees and report any hazards that may exist to supervisors


CONTINUED EDUCATION
  1. Expected to attend continuing education classes as coordinated through HR.

Job Requirements:
APPLICANT MUST BE ABLE TO:
  1. Read and write fluently in English.
  2. Type and use a computer, email, and various computer software.
  3. Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
  4. Use a landline and cell phone.
