Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Manager , is responsible for managing the sales order process, developing and implementing procedures, to optimize our sales process in alignment with business needs. The Sales Operations Support Lead effectively collaborates and provides support to cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, MIS teams, & Customer Support)

People Leader: provide effective leadership to the Sales Operations team and alignment of work processes: ensure that the team has the resources and tools for success required to run an efficient full order management cycle. Leading team meetings to ensure smooth, prompt, and, clear communications; coach, guide, and advise sales operations coordinators; training of new team employees.
Establish, implement, and enforce the company’s license renewal process.
Maintain the Commercial Guidelines according to company protocol, and, simultaneously ensure compliance of all parties.
Create, implement, and maintain MIS user guides and all Sales Operation processes.
Resolve MIS issues for CRM/ERP users.
Reporting: sales tracking and development, day to day administration of Salesforce to serve as a point of contact for maintenance configuration reporting and training; Generate reports for Sales team
Measuring & controlling ERP accuracy
Collection Resolution: follow up on collections issues; primary point of contact for Sales Directors
Maintain Distributors contracts
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of Sales Operations & leadership experience
Systems knowledge: ERP and CRM (e.g. salesforce, etc.)
Multi-tasker: you are energized by shifting priorities, engaging multiple projects at once (no problem) without compromising details and always following through until completion.
People person & team oriented: you enjoy collaborating with team members, and, welcome the opportunity to interact with all levels of the organization.
