Responsibilities: • Supervise maintenance staff in completing resident work orders • Prioritization of work orders and quality inspection upon completion • Recruitment, training, and development of staff • Support Property Manager as needed • Maintain compliance throughout community • Preventative maintenance and safety inspections • Work with vendors and inventory control • Community and resident relations What’s Required: • HVAC Certification required • Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting • 3-5 years minimum experience in a relevant Supervisory role • Effective leader and communicator • Hands-on team player • Positive attitude • Dependable and professional • Ability to get it done and motivate staff Benefits: Competitive pay, with a selection of benefits to choose from.
