The position of Scheduler is an integral office position that coordinates efforts between Human Resources, and Client Coordination, and has the most amount of communication with our Caregivers. We are looking for an analytical, organized, and professional individual to fulfill this position.
The Schedule Manager is responsible to coordinate and maintain scheduling for FirstLight Home Care clients and staff.

The Schedule Manager is responsible to coordinate and maintain scheduling for FirstLight Home Care clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Understands and adheres to established FirstLight HomeCare policies and procedures.
- Creates and maintains staff schedules.
- Provides staffing for sick leave, vacation, and long term leave.
- Schedules client appointments/visits according to care plans and staff availability.
- Enters scheduling data, and creates schedules.
- Contacts care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes.
- Discerns client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests, and care plans.
- Maintains staff and client statistics and reports.
- Performs general office duties including but not limited to word processing, photocopies, files, shreds, sort/distributes mail, provides reception, and telephone services.
- Reasonable amounts of regular on-call are expected to assist office staff during emergencies or extended leaves. Two weeknights per week but could be subject to change.
