Position Summary:
Assist in all aspects of daily tasks in the Deposit Operations Dept. while adhering to the Bank’s policies & procedures.

Primary Functions:
  • Proper completion of tasks (transactions exceptions, ACH & check returns, wire transfers, etc.)
  • Daily transaction exceptions processing
  • Wire transfer processing
  • Electronic funds transfer error resolution processing
  • Check adjustment processing
  • Deposit operations general ledger daily reconciliation
  • Documentation research for legal request
  • Deposit account confirmation replies
  • Deposit account file maintenance and address change request completion
  • Document filing in the Bank’s optical system related to deposit accounts
  • Review of periodic reports to ensure internal controls are being followed
  • Review of Regulation D/excess transaction reports
  • ATM/Debit card processing related to file maintenance, Visa alerts, risk case management, etc. 
  • IOLA (Interest on Lawyers Accounts) reporting
  • Assist with Lease Security Tenant accounts processing
  • Assist with Dormant Account compliance
  • Assist with internal and regulatory audits document requests
  • Participate in training as required
  • Other duties as assigned by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • 1-2 years prior banking experience related to deposit accounts  
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products  
  • Problem solving skills  
  • Self-starter; able to work independently  
  • Ability to learn new things 
  • Effective time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities at once  
  • Ability to effectively interact with others, including but not limited to other employees, customers, members of management, and vendors
