Primary Functions:
Requirements for position:
Experience in banking operations and functions. Good sales skills and ability to develop business. Notary Public, State of New York, excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Opens accounts and services customers
- Assist in training personnel
- Maintains ongoing aggressive, sound, program of business development to meet objectives. Participates in local community affairs and supports local activities.
- Maintains checks on physical property and equipment; ensures observance of established security procedures.
- Prepares various operating reports as directed.
- Performs other tasks requested by supervisor as they relate to the Bank and its functions.
- Evaluates established procedures and recommends changes.
- Ensure correct account opening through Streamline system
- Familiar and knowledgeable with bank BSA policies and procedures
- Completes BSA required training in a timely manner
- Opens and closes branch, familiar with branch security procedures
- Support sales / service activities within the branch by participating in seminars, micro-marketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints/issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure correct account opening documentations and follow CIP/CIF check list. Follow up calls to new account customers to improve the overall customer experience.
